Understand your oral health and the next steps for your care.
New patients only. No gap depends on your cover, waiting periods and available limits. Periodontal therapy and additional treatment are excluded.
We assess your teeth, gums, bite, soft tissues and existing dental work. Your dentist explains the findings and any recommended treatment, priorities and estimated costs.
A standard scale and polish, X-rays where clinically required and fluoride treatment are included. Your dentist explains why any X-rays are recommended.
The included new-patient appointment has a total fee of $199. Any payable health-fund benefit is deducted from that fee. If your benefit is less than $199, you pay the difference. There is no gap only when the payable benefit covers the full fee. Without a payable benefit, you pay $199.
Waiting periods, available limits and policy rules apply. Bring your health fund card; the team can help check benefits, but your fund determines the cover.
Periodontal therapy, debridement and additional gum treatment are excluded. Fillings, crowns, extractions and other treatment are quoted separately.

Tell us about pain, sensitivity, bleeding gums, medicines and previous dental experiences. Bring recent dental records or X-rays if you have them.
After the assessment and standard clean, your dentist explains what is healthy, what needs monitoring and what may need treatment. Additional care is discussed and quoted before you decide.
If you have severe pain, swelling or trauma, ask about an emergency appointment when booking.
If you feel anxious or have not attended for some time, let the team know. Ask for explanations and pauses during the appointment.
IV sedation can be discussed where clinically appropriate; it is not included in the offer.
If further treatment is recommended, ask about the options, timing and payment arrangements.

Choose the new patient offer in the booking system, or call for help choosing an appointment. If booking for a child, call to confirm the appropriate appointment and eligibility.
