Welcome to the Dentists In Annerley website. By continuing to browse and use this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following disclaimer, in addition to our terms and conditions of use.
The content provided on this website is for general information purposes only and is furnished by Dentists In Annerley. While we strive to keep information up to date and correct, we make no warranties or representations, either express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the website, information, products, services or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We recommend conducting independent enquiries and speaking with a qualified dental professional to confirm whether information, services or products are appropriate for your individual needs.
If you have dental pain, swelling, trauma, bleeding, infection, breathing difficulty or another urgent health concern, please seek professional advice promptly. For medical emergencies, call 000 or attend the nearest emergency department.
Viewing this website, submitting an online form, using online booking or communicating through this website does not by itself create a dentist-patient relationship. A dentist-patient relationship is formed only when you attend an appointment and Dentists In Annerley agrees to provide dental care to you.
Dental outcomes vary between patients. Results depend on many factors, including your oral health, bone and gum condition, medical history, treatment suitability, hygiene habits, attendance, healing response, compliance with instructions and maintenance. Any references to treatment outcomes, comfort, confidence, function or appearance are general only and should not be read as a promise, guarantee or certainty of result.
Any examples, images, diagrams, graphics or educational explanations on this website are for general understanding only. They may not represent your individual condition, likely outcome or suitable treatment plan. Your dentist will explain what is realistic for your circumstances after assessment.
Dentists In Annerley will not be liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of data or profits, or any loss or damage arising in connection with the use of this website, reliance on website information, delayed communication through online forms, website errors or website interruption.
Efforts are made to maintain the website’s continuous operation. However, Dentists In Annerley is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
This website may provide links to other websites that are not under the control of Dentists In Annerley. We have no influence over the nature, content or availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation, sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the views expressed within them.
Promotions and special offers mentioned on this website are valid only during our normal operating hours and are subject to appointment availability, clinical suitability, eligibility, and any specific terms attached to the promotion.
The $199 New Patient Promotion ensures that $199 is the maximum out-of-pocket expense for the included promotional services. If your private health insurance covers more, no refund will be issued, as the total value of this service exceeds $800.
All treatment plans and associated pricing are valid for a period of three months. Over time, certain conditions may deteriorate, potentially requiring additional procedures not included in the original plan.
Any prices, offers, payment information or treatment ranges listed on this website are general guides only unless clearly stated otherwise. Final fees depend on your clinical needs, treatment complexity, materials, appointments, diagnostic findings and treatment plan.
Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For appointments that are four hours or longer, we require at least 72 hours’ notice.
Failure to provide the appropriate notice will result in the forfeiture of your 20% non-refundable booking fee. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other patients needing dental services.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
By scheduling an appointment with Dentists In Annerley, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
At Dentists In Annerley, we may offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you explore dental treatment options, including accessing superannuation for essential dental care. To ensure fairness and respect for our team’s time and other patients, we require a $50 refundable booking fee.
The free consultation and included diagnostics, including CBCT scans and treatment planning where applicable, are provided for internal clinical use only and to assist in planning treatment within our practice.
If you request a copy of your CBCT scan or records for use outside of our clinic, a $200 release fee applies to cover administrative costs. This ensures we can continue to offer high-quality, obligation-free consultations while protecting the integrity of the offer.
If you request a copy of your dental records, including but not limited to x-rays, scans, clinical notes, photographs or referral documents, a $79 administrative fee applies.
We offer Humm as a third-party payment option to provide payment flexibility. Humm operates independently of our clinic and has its own approval criteria, fees and terms. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
When you choose to pay using Humm, you enter into a separate agreement directly with Humm. All Humm fees, interest if applicable, and repayment obligations are governed by Humm’s terms and conditions.
If you choose to cancel treatment or change your mind after a Humm payment has been processed, and there is no failure to comply with consumer guarantees, we will assist in processing a refund through Humm where applicable.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back through Humm in accordance with their procedures and timeframes. Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on Humm’s processing schedules.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Humm or for any fees retained by Humm or third-party providers.
If a refund is required due to a failure to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, such as services not being provided with due care and skill or not being fit for purpose, you will not be charged cancellation fees that are unlawful.
However, third-party costs, including Humm fees and laboratory fees that are not recoverable by the clinic, may still be deducted to the extent permitted by law.
Once treatment has commenced, clinical time has been reserved, or laboratory work has been ordered or started, refunds may be reduced or unavailable in line with our general cancellation and refund policy.
Humm fees and laboratory costs are set by third parties and are outside the clinic’s control. Once incurred, these costs are generally non-refundable. We strongly recommend reviewing all payment plan terms and confirming your treatment decision before proceeding.
Information about private health funds, DVA dental care, the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, payment plans, superannuation access or other third-party pathways is general only.
Eligibility, rebates, approvals and benefits are controlled by the relevant external organisation, not Dentists In Annerley. We may help provide information, item numbers or supporting documents where appropriate, but we cannot guarantee approval, rebate amounts or eligibility.
Any information about accessing superannuation for dental treatment is general only. Applications for early release of superannuation are assessed by the relevant government and superannuation processes. Dentists In Annerley does not decide eligibility or approval.
Patients should obtain independent financial, taxation or legal advice before making decisions about using superannuation or third-party finance for dental treatment.
Obstructive sleep apnoea is a medical condition. A dentist may help screen for signs, assess dental suitability and provide oral appliance therapy where appropriate, but diagnosis and medical management may require a GP, sleep physician or sleep study.
